Below are some tips to help support your immune system using nutrition, essential oils and yoga, all year round, including during the cold months of winter.
Foods for Immune Support
Shitake mushrooms, garlic, ginger, oily fish, flaxseeds, chillies, goji berries, sweet potatoes, coconuts, prawns – lots of lovely water!

Yoga for Immune Support
Practise poses that help to strengthen your immune system by reducing stress, increase blood and lymph flow, open up the airways, enhance purification, ease muscular and emotional tension. Good poses include: Bridge and cat-cow flows, down face dog and forward folds, revolved staff and revolved triangle, supported fish and corpse pose. Add in some alternate nostril nose breathing for extra relaxation and inner balance.
