I offer regular weekly classes both in the studio and livestream including: Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga; along with seasonal events including: SUP Yoga, Beach Yoga, Sunset Yoga, Glow in the Dark Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Festive Yoga and more.

One-to-one, private groups, bespoke sessions, workshops, pamper days, wellness days, retreats and gift vouchers are also available.

Sessions can be tailored to support most health conditions, pregnant and post-natal yoginis, please contact me to discuss.
