Simply Soulful Yoga Classes
I offer weekly, small and friendly classes. Movement (flow) is married with breath (pranayama) and postures (asana) to bring about a sense of wellbeing, relaxation and enhanced mind-body connection. To ensure there is a class to suit you, I offer a variety of classes, in Salcombe and Kingsbridge at different times and days of the week. Sessions can be tailored to support pregnant and post-natal yoginis, please contact me to discuss.
**Coronavirus Update – 03.11.20**
As per prevailing government health & safety guidelines, face-2-face studio classes, workshops and retreats will cease on Thursday 5th November 2020; and will recommence as soon as government guidelines permit. In the meanwhile, Zoom sessions will continue to run to help ensure we can practise yoga regularly and maintain optimum health and well-being in the comfort and safety of our own homes - Also ideal to help with child-care, long-distance, and rolling out of bed and into class/ out of class and into bed!

Before your class please...
- Book in advance. Places are limited, so please kindly reserve your place by booking in advance.
- Complete a HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE.
- Refer to the FAQ section. This will help you prepare in advance for your class, advise you what happens if the weather is bad, and what to do if you need to cancel, plus much more.
