Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please give as much notice as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.

If you book using a gift voucher or coupon, this cannot be exchanged for cash. A credit will be issued in line with the terms below.

1:1 Sessions (Yoga, Meditation, Holistic Therapies)

48+ hours’ notice (72+ hours for SUP):

Transfer to another date (subject to availability), credit for future use, refund (minus £3.50 admin fee)

Less than 48 hours (72 hours for SUP):

Group Classes & Workshops

£15 or less (24+ hours’ notice):

Transfer to another date (subject to availability), credit for future use, refund (minus £3.50 admin fee)

Over £15 (48+ hours’ notice):

Transfer to another date (subject to availability), credit for future use, refund (minus £3.50 admin fee)

Late cancellations:

Livestream Classes

4+ hours’ notice:

Transfer to another date (subject to availability), credit for future use, refund (minus £2.50 fee)

Less than 4 hours:

SUP Yoga

72+ hours’ notice:

Transfer to another date (subject to availability), credit for future use, refund(minus £3.50 fee)

Less than 72 hours:

Day Retreats, Wellness Days & 1-Day Events

More than 2 weeks’ notice:

Transfer to another date (subject to availability), credit for future use, or refund of balance (minus £15 fee)

Less than 2 weeks:

Retreats (2 Days+) & Private Group Bookings

More than 8 weeks:

Transfer to another date, credit for future use, or refund of balance (minus £25 fee)
8–4 weeks: 50% refund of balance
4–2 weeks: 25% refund of balance

Less than 2 weeks:

Non-refundable and non-transferable
