Little did I know what was in store for me, when a friend mentioned the new Goat Yoga craze sweeping the US back in 2017 – However since then I have been running Goat Yoga classes for both Adult and Families in South Devon…. whilst every session is different, the one thing that remains constant is LAUGHTER!!! And boy, do we laugh!!
The local and national media have loved Goat Yoga, and I have laughed my way onto ITV This Morning, BBC Saturday Breakfast, C5 Blind Date, several TV documentaries, radio shows and into magazines and newspapers… it’s been a whirlwind and I have loved every second!
Our third season is due to start soon, and I can wait for more fun and animal antics on the farm. During our yoga sessions we practice animal-themed asanas and deepen our connection with the animal kingdom, offering lessons in love and compassion for ourselves and those around us. A truly therapeutic workout for the mind, body and soul, guaranteed to help you smile on the inside (and out, until your face hurts!!). Staying true to the teachings of yoga, classes aims to relax and revitalise the body whilst boosting and uplifting your mood.
