Yoga Retreats

In addition to the amazing benefits of a regular yoga practise (such as stronger physical body, increased relaxation and inner peace) a Yoga Retreat offers you an immersive experience inviting you to take time out, step back from your daily routines, deepen your yoga and meditation practice, and press the reset button!

I host and co-host retreats, in various locations; each with its own unique focus and purpose. Sessions can be tailored to support pregnant and post-natal yoginis, please contact me to discuss.

**Coronavirus Update – 30.12.20**As per government health & safety guidelines, face-2-face studio classes, workshops and retreats can not be offered from 31st December 2020 (until further notice). Live Zoom sessions will continue to run, offering you the opportunity to practise at home helping you to maintain a regular practise and ensure optimum health and well-being from the comfort and safety of homes - Also ideal to help with child-care, long-distance, and rolling out of bed and into class/ out of class and into bed!
