Yoga Retreats

In addition to the amazing benefits of a regular yoga practise (such as stronger physical body, increased relaxation and inner peace) a Yoga Retreat offers you an immersive experience inviting you to take time out, step back from your daily routines, deepen your yoga and meditation practice, and press the reset button!

I host and co-host retreats, in various locations; each with its own unique focus and purpose. Sessions can be tailored to support pregnant and post-natal yoginis, please contact me to discuss.

**Coronavirus Update – 27.08.20**

Studio classes, workshops and retreats resume in September 2020. All sessions are subject to prevailing government health and safety guidelines. Please read my COVID-19 Health & Safety Policy - you will need to confirm having read this when booking. For yogis who prefer to stay online – Zoom sessions will continue to run simultaneously to those in the studio. Ideal to help with social distancing, child-care, long-distance, and rolling out of bed and into class/ out of class and into bed!
