**Coronavirus Update – 11/05/21** As per government health and safety guidelines, holistic treatments, studio yoga classes, workshops and retreats can resume on 17th May 2021. Please note live Zoom sessions will continue to run alongside studio-based classes, offering the opportunity to practise at home, help maintain a regular practise and ensure optimum well-being from the comfort and safety of home - Also ideal to assist with child-care, long-distance, and rolling out of bed and into class/ out of class and into bed! Rest assured, as a COVID-Safe business, I will do everything I can to retain integrity, health and safety within my face-to-face classes to help keep us all safe. Om Shanti.
