ONLINE Yin Yoga – All Levels (Wed 19:15pm)
PLEASE NOTE: During the coronavirus outbreak, I will be offering online classes instead of group studio classes, offering you all the benefits of yoga in the comfort and safety of your own home.
If you have purchased a term block, you will automatically be invited to join the session (you will still have the choice to opt out should you wish not to participate). If you wish to pay-as-you-go, please complete the booking stages below. After which you will receive an invitation via email to join the session online.

Gift yourself some precious time out with focus on gentle, sustainable, deep stretching and find stillness of body and mind.
Longer, deeper, slower stretching of connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia), helps bring about stillness and deep relaxation. This deeper connection is why yin yoga is often called “yoga of the joints”.
Yin yoga offers us the perfect antidote to our often yang, busy and stress-filled lifestyles. Balancing the passive with the active; and calming with the invigorating.
Relax and surrender to gravity with the use of block, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and sand bags (although you will need to have these items at home – feel free to be creative, books can be used as blocks, ties can be used as belts, pillows can be used as bolsters, large bag of rice can be used as sand bags, scarfs can be used as eye bags).
This class is suitable for all levels, both beginner and more experienced yogi alike.
