Online Yang & Yin Yoga Weekend Workshop (3-hrs)
Welcome to the Online Yang & Yin Yoga Workshop Series
This summer we will explore the Yang & Yin dynamic system, in order to help understand how the benefits of both Yang Yoga and Yin Yoga can restore and maintain balance of body, mind and spirit – all from the comfort and safety of your on home!
Learn to recognise disharmony and take time to nourish and nurture yourself – enjoy a journey of self-care towards optimum health and inner harmony.
Each workshop will stretch, strengthen, tone, and relax body and mind. We will enjoy longer sessions than in a general class, helping us to immerse ourselves deeper into the practises and absorb so much more.
Mindful movement married with pranayama, mantra, mudras and meditation techniques will encourage connection and vitality through gentle flows, followed by deep stillness.

Saturday 30th May – Strength & resilience during times of conflict (10:00am to 13:00pm)
Saturday 13th June – Love & acceptance for ourselves and others (10:00am to 13:00pm)
Saturday 27th June – Core strength & self-confidence for inner tenacity (10:00am to 13:00pm)
Saturday 11th July – Peace & serenity to nurture mind and inner self (10:00am to 13:00pm)
Saturday 18th July – Immune support & well-being for optimal equanimity (10:00am to 13:00pm)
Saturday 1st August – Energy & vitality for transition towards the unknown (10:00am to 13:00pm)
You are invited to book individual sessions for the pay-as-you-go price of £15 per workshop or sign up to all 6 sessions for a total investment of £75 (that’s one free workshop worth £15 – please note you must book and pay for all 6 sessions by selecting 30/05/20 event in order for this ticket option to be valid. After 30/05/20 this option will no longer be available).
