PLEASE NOTE: During the coronavirus outbreak, I will be offering online classes instead of group studio classes, offering you all the benefits of yoga in the comfort and safety of your own home.

Gentle movement (flow) is married with breath (pranayama) and postures (asana) to bring about a sense of wellbeing, relaxation and enhanced mind-body connection.

A slower paced class stretching and strengthening body with focus on alignment.

Yoga asana is tailored to suit the individual and the use of blocks, belts, bolsters and blankets is encouraged (although you will need to have these items at home – feel free to be creative, books can be used as blocks, ties can be used as belts, pillows can be used as bolsters, scarfs can be used as eye bags).

This class is suitable for all levels, both beginner and more experienced yogi alike.
