Glow in the Dark Yoga (Wed 18.00pm)
A colourful fusion of dynamic yoga to help build strength & fire within the body, followed by restorative asana to help calm & nurture the mind. Enjoy the glow of rainbow mood lighting and uplifting tunes as your body first builds up a sweat, then is given the chance to fully relax & restore in total comfort with the use of blankets, bolsters, pillows and mellow tunes.
Release tension and help restore good health and well-being.
The class is challenging yet fun, and is open to all levels of ability with both less and more challenging options being offered throughout (although you should be able to participate in a flow sequence with relative ease).
