All Levels Flow Yoga (Mon 19.15pm)
All Levels Flow Yoga is a class which finds a balance between physical postures (asana), dynamic movements (flow), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana), to leave you feeling uplifted and invigorated.
The class is challenging yet fun, and is open to all levels of ability with both less and more challenging options being offered throughout (although you should be able to participate in a flow sequence with relative ease). Prepare to stoke your digestive fire and build up a sweat! Leave class feeling energised, refocused, motivated and ready for the rest of your week.
