1 cup finely shredded coconut
1 cup almond butter
2 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 drops doTERRA Peppermint essential oil
- Place all ingredients into mixer except for half cup shredded coconut
- Add essential oil
- Mix until well combined
- Roll into balls and coat in the other half cup of shredded coconut
- Place in the refrigerator or freezer for a quick blast
