Well Woman Yoga and Nutrition Retreat for Peri and Menopausal Health

This 3 day retreat is open to all woman who are seeking to create positive peri and menopausal health and vital energies.


During the weekend we will feel, nurture and build the feminine energy of Shakti, through well-woman yoga postures (asana), gestures (mudras), breath (pranayama), energy locks (bandha) and heart-based meditations (yoga nidra), all gently blended to promote vital energy, and positive peri and menopausal health.


In addition we will also look at the effect our diet has on our peri and menopausal health and enjoy delicious healing foods, prepared to enhance this time of our life. 


Whilst on Dartmoor, we will be surrounded by beautiful moorland, and we can either enjoy the atmospheric Autumnal scenery with an optional guided walk or be still and absorb the magic of this peaceful haven, in the time between our practical sessions.


Massage, reiki and reflexology for peri and menopausal health sessions can enjoyed by arrangement.


This warm, peaceful and friendly space invites you to relax and unwind, re-connect with your Shakti, and nurture yourself towards vital energy and optimal well-being.

Food: Delicious wholesome vegetarian and vegan food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks and healthy juices. Tea, coffee and a selection of herbal teas are available throughout the day. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know at the time of booking, so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Accommodation: Based on shared twin or triple rooms, with both ensuite and shared bathroom facilities available. Limited single occupancy and a room with wheelchair access is available.

Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage & Reiki:

Holistic treatments can be enjoyed during your retreat, to help the mind and body switch off, balance the hormones and find homoeostasis. I will be onsite through out the weekend and treatments can be booked during our periods of free time.
